El ascenso al cerro ofrece senderos de dificultad baja-moderada entre vegetación típica del altiplano poblano. Al llegar a la cima, la vista del Valle de Atlixco y del Popocatépetl es impresionante. Se recomienda visitar en la mañana para evitar el calor; consulta el sitio oficial del municipio para condiciones del sendero.
