El mirador es uno de los mejores puntos de la región para capturar la vastedad del bosque de pino-encino y los relieves de la Sierra Norte de Oaxaca. La luz del amanecer y el atardecer ofrece condiciones ideales para fotografía de paisaje. Acceso libre desde el centro del pueblo caminando aproximadamente 15 minutos cuesta arriba.
