El ascenso al Cerro Tlapalteotl ofrece una ruta de senderismo accesible para visitantes de distintas edades y condición física. Desde la cima se pueden apreciar vistas panorámicas del Valle de Tlaxcala y, en días despejados, del volcán La Malinche. Se recomienda llevar agua, protector solar y calzado adecuado. Consulta con el ayuntamiento local el estado del acceso.
