El Cerro Mohinora (aprox. 3 300 m s. n. m.) es el punto más alto del estado y uno de los retos de senderismo más reconocidos del norte de México. La ruta de ascenso atraviesa bosques de pino y ofrece vistas espectaculares. Se recomienda guía local, ropa de abrigo y llevar suficiente agua.
