About the event
La Danza de los Voladores, declarada Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial por la UNESCO, se practica en Cuetzalan por grupos totonacas locales. Cinco danzantes ascienden a un poste de 20 metros y descienden girando atados por los pies. Se presenta regularmente en el zócalo y durante ferias; consulta el calendario municipal para fechas.
