En los alrededores del pueblo se conservan los vestigios de las antiguas minas de plata que dieron fama a Mapimí en la época colonial. Puedes recorrer a pie o en vehículo las instalaciones abandonadas, cuyos muros de adobe y piedra ofrecen un testimonio vívido del pasado minero. Ideal para fotografía y aprendizaje histórico.
