<p>Visionary poet, musician and cultural icon <strong>Saul Williams</strong> joins forces with acclaimed percussionist, producer and sonic curator <strong>Carlos Ni&ntilde;o&nbsp;</strong>for their first-ever Aotearoa performances this June.<br><br>Together, the duo have earned a <strong>GRAMMY Award nomination</strong> for Best Spoken Word Poetry Album for their collaborative project <em>Saul Williams meets Carlos Ni&ntilde;o &amp; Friends -</em> a fully improvised live recording that captures the depth of their creative connection.<br><br>Renowned for his powerful fusion of spoken word, hip hop and alternative music, <strong>Saul Williams</strong> has built a multidisciplinary career spanning music, film and literature. From his breakout role in <em>Slam</em> to critically acclaimed albums like <em>Amethyst Rock Star</em> and <em>The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust!</em>, he remains one of the most vital and genre-defying voices in contemporary culture.<br><br><strong>Carlos Ni&ntilde;o</strong> is celebrated for his expansive, collaborative approach to sound, connecting generations of forward-thinking artists through his work as a producer, composer and bandleader, including his ongoing project <em>Carlos Ni&ntilde;o &amp; Friends</em>.<br><br>For audiences in Aotearoa, this is a rare opportunity to experience two singular artists sharing the stage delivering a live performance shaped by improvisation, connection and decades of creative evolution. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>San Fran holds a Supervised License.
