Recorre los senderos naturales que atraviesan el bosque de coníferas de Tlaxco. La altitud (alrededor de 2 600 m s.n.m.) ofrece un clima fresco y aire puro, con flora endémica como el oyamel. Lleva ropa abrigadora y calzado firme; horario aproximado de amanecer a atardecer, consulta el sitio oficial del municipio para condiciones del sendero.
