From high-energy fitness classes to mindful wellness fairs, we’re transforming The Rock into the ultimate destination for your fitness journey, celebrating health at every level. Hosted on Frost Plaza at The Rock at La Cantera, May's event will celebrate Mom with a morning of movement and mimosas! From trail runs with She Runs Club to sculpting workouts with Ashletics and a gentle "Mommy & Me" yoga flow this will be the ultimate morning of movement and celebration. Plus enjoy a curated wellness market to find the perfect gift for Mother's Day and ending the morning with a well-deserved brunch* at Roca & Martillo.  While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, space is limited. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Space for this event is limited. Guests are encouraged to secure a free ticket using this link *Guests can enhance their experience by joining us at Roca & Martillo from 10AM - 1PM for a special 3-Course Brunch only $25, that includes a complimentary mimosa for guests ages 21+.
