Avs Alley is a first-come, first-served viewing location outside of Ball Arena. Each fan in attendance requires a ticket, regardless of whether they have a game ticket. Fans can have both a game ticket and an Avs Alley ticket, but you are not required to have a game ticket. Ball Arena bag policy applies. No outside food and beverage is allowed, and no chairs are allowed. Animals, excluding service animals, are not permitted. No re-entry. All guests may be subject to a search of their persons and/or possessions. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
