This venue has a CLEAR BAG policy and is CASHLESS for concessions. To request an interpreter for this show or for ACCESSIBLE SEATING, please call 314-977-5000 or email chaifetzboxoffice@slu.edu. Requests for sign language interpreters must be placed at least 3 weeks (21 days) before the show date. Ticket prices may fluctuate, at any time, based on demand. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
