Punta Sur es el punto más al sur de la isla y el lugar más oriental de México. Desde su acantilado se tienen vistas espectaculares del Caribe. Hay un pequeño templo maya dedicado a Ixchel, diosa de la luna. Accesible en golf-cart o a pie. Consulta horarios de acceso al parque en el sitio oficial.
