Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the web platform, mobile application and services of NoTeLimites / NTL, operated by ZWOPA, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("NoTeLimites", "we"). By accessing or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Description of the service

NoTeLimites is a discovery platform for cultural, sports, food and entertainment events. It offers an event catalog, AI-generated recommendations, an interactive map, a personal agenda and, for institutional clients, publishing, distribution and reach-reporting tools. The catalog includes two types of events, with different rules:

• Native NoTeLimites events: published directly by organizers on our own ticketing platform. Ticket sales take place within the platform as described in section 3.1.
• Aggregated third-party events: public information about events whose tickets are sold on third-party ticketing platforms. NoTeLimites only displays them for informational and discovery purposes, as described in section 3.2.

2. User account

• To access personalized features you must create an account and be of legal age.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You may close your account at any time from the user panel or by writing to hola@notelimites.com.

3. Event catalog: native and aggregated

3.1 Native NoTeLimites events (our own ticketing)

For events published by organizers on the NoTeLimites ticketing platform, the ticket purchase agreement is entered into directly between you and the organizer; payment is handled by the payment processor and NoTeLimites acts as a technology facilitator without charging a per-ticket commission. These purchases are governed by the Attendee Terms and, for publishers, the Organizer Terms.

3.2 Aggregated third-party events

NoTeLimites also displays information about events whose tickets are sold on third-party platforms (for example Ticketmaster, eticket, Boletia, Fever, Arema, among others). This information comes from the public pages and structured data published by those platforms and organizers, and is presented exclusively for informational and discovery purposes, identifying the source and linking to the official sales page.

• NoTeLimites does not sell, issue, resell or guarantee tickets for those events. If you decide to buy, the purchase takes place on the third party's platform, under that platform's and the organizer's terms, conditions, prices and refund policies. NoTeLimites is not a party to that transaction and assumes no responsibility for it.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, NoTeLimites has no commercial relationship, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement from the platforms or brands mentioned, nor they from NoTeLimites.
• The trademarks, trade names and logos of those platforms and events belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely to identify the source of the information (nominative use).
• Any claim related to tickets, admission, cancellations or refunds for an aggregated event must be addressed to the corresponding sales platform or organizer.

3.3 Accuracy of information

Event information comes from organizers, institutional clients, public sources and automated ingestion systems. NoTeLimites makes reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, ticket availability, prices, schedules, venue or occurrence of any event: these details may change at any time without the update being immediately reflected on NoTeLimites. The official and binding information is always the information published by the source (the organizer or the official sales platform). Verify it before planning your attendance or making any payment.

3.4 External links and affiliate links

Links to third-party sites (ticketing platforms, Booking, OpenTable, travel agencies, etc.) are offered for convenience; their content and any purchases made on them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Some links may be affiliate links: NoTeLimites may receive a commission from the third party for referred purchases. This does not increase the price for you and does not alter the editorial criteria with which the catalog is displayed.

4. Artificial intelligence

The conversational assistant, recommendations and generated creatives use large language models (Claude by Anthropic). Responses may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Breach, attempt to breach or overload the service infrastructure.
• Extract data at scale (scraping) without prior written authorization from NoTeLimites.
• Impersonate another person, organization or institution, or publish false information.
• Use the service to send spam or illegal, offensive or discriminatory content.
• Reproduce, resell or relicense the service without authorization.

6. Services for institutions

Services for cultural, governmental and tourism institutions are governed by individual contracts and service orders. In case of discrepancy between these Terms and such contract, the contract prevails.

7. Intellectual property

The NoTeLimites brand, logos, design, software, text, code and architecture are the property of ZWOPA, S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its licensors.

Event content published or distributed by third parties — including names, descriptions, photographs, posters and promotional artwork, as well as the trademarks and logos of organizers, venues and sales platforms — belongs to its respective owners. When NoTeLimites displays these elements it does so solely to identify the event and its source, for informational purposes, without implying any assignment or license in favor of NoTeLimites or its users, and without suggesting association, sponsorship or endorsement. If you are a rights holder and believe content is being displayed improperly, you may request its correction or removal under section 8.

8. Content correction and removal (notice and takedown)

Rights holders, organizers, venues and sales platforms may at any time request the correction, update or removal of content concerning them by writing to hola@notelimites.com with the subject "Takedown request", including:

• The URL or precise identification of the content in question.
• The capacity in which you act (rights holder, organizer, venue, authorized representative) and, where applicable, supporting documentation.
• The reason for the request and the action required (correct or remove).
• A contact channel for follow-up.

NoTeLimites will acknowledge receipt within a maximum of 2 business days and will handle the request expeditiously; well-founded removal requests are normally resolved within the following 5 business days. Removal of content does not imply any acknowledgment of liability. NoTeLimites may also remove or correct content on its own initiative when it deems it necessary.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoTeLimites shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for losses arising from transactions entered into with third parties (including ticket purchases on third-party platforms under section 3.2), from the inaccuracy of information provided by third parties, or from the cancellation or modification of events. Aggregate liability for contractual claims shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the user to NoTeLimites in the preceding twelve months.

10. Modifications

We may modify the service or these Terms. Substantial changes are notified to registered users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other forum.
