About the event
Celebración binacional que fortalece los lazos fronterizos con desfiles de carros alegóricos, comparsas de ambos lados del río Bravo, coronación de reyes del carnaval y bailes populares. Las calles del centro se llenan de color con participación de escuelas, empresas maquiladoras y grupos culturales. Incluye concursos de disfraces, música en vivo y zona gastronómica. El evento culmina con el tradicional entierro de Juan Carnaval y quema de mal humor.
