El centro histórico del pueblo conserva arquitectura típica norteña del siglo XIX y XX, incluyendo la casa natal de Venustiano Carranza. Un recorrido a pie por la plaza principal y calles aledañas permite conocer la identidad histórica de la ciudad. Recomendable en las primeras horas del día o al atardecer.
