Dear Bias: Journal and K-pop Gathering comes to Quiero Café in Porto Alegre. DEAR BIAS is a themed café event for K-pop and journal fans. The event will feature a space reserved exclusively for ticket buyers, specialized K-pop and journal shops, themed decoration, and fan-to-fan interactions. The ticket includes a special themed kit with two journal backgrounds, sticker sheet, creative activity, and photostrip. Attention: All items are personalized according to the bias selected during ticket purchase and cannot be changed later We will not provide journal notebooks at the event. Each participant is responsible for bringing their own notebook. Additional information: We ask that minors under 14 attend with an adult guardian at the event. The guardian must also purchase a ticket; We are a small team and value transparency and respect with people who attend our events and/or follow us on social media. If you have questions, suggestions, or criticism, don't hesitate to contact us on Instagram and we'll respond as soon as possible; Again, our work is carried out by just a few people. Our kits (photocards, stickers, etc.) are made manually by us, so we appreciate your understanding of small printing and cutting errors; Refund policy: in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the Sympla platform allows full refunds within one week of ticket purchase. After that period, Sympla and Stay Cool Events will not be able to issue refunds, with ticket transfer/resale being the only option for the buyer. We do not issue refunds in case of no-show and do not deliver kits outside event spaces.
