Celebración gastronómica dedicada a los productos artesanales más emblemáticos de Saltillo: el pan de pulque y los dulces de leche. Más de 50 productores locales ofrecen degustaciones, venta de productos frescos, demostraciones de elaboración tradicional y talleres para aprender las recetas familiares. Incluye concurso del mejor pan de pulque, área de food trucks con cocina coahuilense, música norteña en vivo y actividades para niños. Una experiencia deliciosa que preserva nuestras tradiciones culinarias.
