About the event
El evento más emblemático de Piedras Negras celebra la invención del platillo icónico por Ignacio 'Nacho' Anaya en 1943. Durante tres días, la ciudad se convierte en la capital mundial del nacho con concursos de cocina, degustaciones gratuitas, música en vivo, área infantil y exposiciones históricas sobre el origen de este platillo que conquistó al mundo. Participan chefs de ambos lados de la frontera creando versiones innovadoras. Incluye conciertos de artistas regionales y bailables populares en la Plaza de las Culturas.
