About the event
Festividad patronal en honor a San Buenaventura que se celebra con gran fervor en la histórica iglesia colonial. Durante dos días se realizan misas solemnes, procesiones por las calles del pueblo, danzas tradicionales, juegos pirotécnicos y verbena popular. La plaza se llena de puestos de antojitos regionales, dulces típicos y artesanías. Por la noche hay baile popular con grupos norteños y música de banda. Es una tradición centenaria que reúne a familias del municipio y comunidades vecinas.
