La reserva alberga varios cenotes y aguadas distribuidos en su territorio, algunos habilitados para visita y nado. Son ecosistemas únicos de la Península de Yucatán con gran biodiversidad acuática. El acceso varía por cenote; algunos son manejados por ejidos locales. Consulta con las comunidades ejidales de la zona sur de Mérida para conocer los disponibles.
