Evento dedicado a preservar y promover la cocina tradicional del antiguo Camino Real que pasaba por Guerrero. Cocineras tradicionales preparan gorditas de horno, pan de pulque, cabrito en sangre, machacado con huevo y otros platillos históricos de la región. Incluye talleres de elaboración de pan tradicional, conferencias sobre historia culinaria del norte de Coahuila y venta de productos artesanales. Los visitantes pueden degustar platillos por precios accesibles.
