Por primera vez, la Orquesta Sinfónica de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (OSUAEH) llega al escenario del Teatro del Bicentenario Roberto Plasencia Saldaña. Fundada en 1997 con la misión de compartir la grandeza de la música sinfónica, la OSUAEH se presenta bajo la batuta del maestro Martínez Alpuente, reconocido especialista en el repertorio hispanoamericano. Presentan un programa de la Sinfonía no. 4, de P.I. Tchaikovsky; el Vals de concierto, de A. Glazunov y el Capricho español, de Rimsky Korsakov.
