La ruta de 25 kilómetros incluye paradas en Poza Azul, La Becerra, y Río Mezquites, permitiendo a los participantes nadar y fotografiar cada sitio. Guías certificados proporcionan información ecológica sobre la importancia de conservar estos ecosistemas únicos en el mundo.
