Warmup, stretch and recover with YogaSix who’s bringing two energizing, sensory yoga flows to the turf. Turn up the intensity with HOTWORX who are leading powerful, high-energy Pilates and full-body workouts built for maximum results. No matter your fitness level, come find your flow, push your limits, and celebrate health in a vibrant community setting. While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, a ticket is required. Space is limited, claim your free ticket today to join the rockFit community! Event Details: When: Saturday, August 8 from 7:30AM - 1PM Event Check-in: 7:30AM Where: Frost Plaza at The Rock at La Cantera (1 Spurs Way) What to Know: Entry and parking to rockFit is FREE for all ages and fitness level. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. *Guests can enhance their experience by joining us at Roca & Martillo from 10AM - 1PM for a special 3-Course Brunch only $25, that includes a complimentary mimosa for guests ages 21+. Brunch is not included with your free ticket however show this ticket to your server to redeem this special brunch offer, valid only on July 11, 2026.
