Sardegna Teatro, El canto de Edipo sube a escena en Teatro Cervantes (Fic), en Guanajuato. En el cartel: Edipo Rey y Festival Internacional Cervantino. En una época de escombros, solo queda trabajar sobre lo que persiste: la tragedia, las palabras mudas y los restos de una sociedad de extraños. Sobre estas ruinas se levanta El canto de Edipo, donde el director Alessandro Serra reescribe la leyenda de Edipo para restituir la potencia del mito como vía hacia un conocimiento colectivo perdido. Inspirado en Sófocles, Serra busca restaurar la fuerza original del relato mediante el grecanico, un vestigio vivo del griego que aún resuena en la antigua Magna Grecia. Esta lengua arcaica y musical actúa como un puente instintivo capaz de despertar visiones profundas en el espectador contemporáneo. En una Tebas reducida a cenizas, Edipo emprende su camino hacia Colono. Ciego y exiliado, el rey encarna la fragilidad de la condición humana actual. Así, la obra rescata de las ruinas clásicas la esencia del ritual y el antiguo deseo de conocerse a uno mismo.
