Friday, August 28Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore
Find out the truths behind popular stories of the night and feel the connection to the children and elders of our past alongside us, comforting us in the darkness of night. All visitors are welcome with a valid park pass. The Platte River Campground Amphitheater is located near the Campground office. If not camping at the campground, park at the office, take the stairs or ramp located to the left. If entering from the campground, walk in from loop 1 on the paved path between sites 104 and 105. Ranger-led Twilight Talks are scheduled for every night this summer except on Sundays at the D.H. Day and Platte River Campground Amphitheaters. Topics for the week are posted in both of the campgrounds.
Check distance, route and elevation to show up ready.
Confirm what your entry includes: shirt, medal, hydration.
Arrive early for bag check and warm-up.
