An appreciation to the late, great, J.J.Cale“it’s all in the groove” Blessing for this show has been given by the J.J.Cale estate, with recognition from Christine Lakeland, Cale’s partner. Celebrating the rhythm and simplistic beauty of the great late J.J.Cale, whose catalogue of work and signature infectious melancholy influenced a generation of guitar players to “stay on that sweet groove”. The Breeze appreciation show uncover Cale’s handiwork in lending hits to guitar legends, alongside many unsung stunning album tracks across decades of original country blues from this gentle and giant songwriter.
