Arrival Time - 7:00pm For one evening only, The Restaurant Pendolino steps beyond the restaurant into one of Sydney's most extraordinary heritage spaces. The Strand Arcade will open after dark to the public for the first time in its 135-year history, transformed into a spectacular long-table dining setting curated by Chef and Proprietor Nino Zoccali. Across three-courses, Zoccali will centre and celebrate NSW producers, including Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Sydney Royal medal winning produce, with each ingredient chosen for its provenance, story and connection to land and sea. Each dish will be paired with top drops from leading NSW vineyards. Please note, due to the scale of the event, the menu will be set with no substitutions.
