Diversas comunidades indígenas nahuas del municipio y sus alrededores han desarrollado propuestas de turismo comunitario que incluyen recorridos por parcelas de milpa, talleres de artesanía y convivencia con familias locales. Una forma responsable y enriquecedora de conocer la cultura viva de la Sierra Alta. Consulta con la Secretaría de Turismo de Hidalgo o directamente con las comunidades para disponibilidad.
