Security - Bag Policy: Large bags including rucksacks are not allowed. There are no facilities to leave large bags or luggage. If you really have to bring a bag - and it's preferable you don't, please make sure it's small. Only one small bag per person is permitted and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 28.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Standing: Over 14s only. Seated: Over 8s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. Under 25s require ID to purchase alcohol. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. VIP buyers will receive an email approximately three days prior to the show date with VIP details, sent to the address submitted at time of purchase. Sound Rink, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer. All packages and package contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. Package elements are subject to change. VIP merchandise items will be distributed at the show.
