<p><strong>DOORS: 7PM</strong><br><strong>SPACE: THE RECHABITE HALL</strong></p><p>Since 2013, <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Current</span></span> <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Joys</span></span>&rsquo; output has been prolific. Within six months of beginning the project, <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Current</span></span> <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Joys</span></span> had already released its debut, Wild Heart; by 2018, the sixth <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Current</span></span> <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Joys</span></span> full-length and visual album, A Different Age, was out. Each piece of <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Current</span></span> <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Joys</span></span>&rsquo; early discography is wholly built and envisioned by Rattigan, self-recorded and quickly released, quivering with a lonely intensity.</p><p>In his later works, Rattigan&rsquo;s songwriting/recording approaches have continued to change and evolve. From Voyager with its bristling, sentimental rock &lsquo;n&rsquo; roll cacophony overlaid with a soundtrack orchestra to LOVE + POP&rsquo;s aggressive, deconstructed production, house music influence, and even a guest appearance from Lil Yachty. On his latest album, East My Love, Rattigan turns inward using country music and transcendental folk to quell his own personal struggles.</p><p>All the while,&nbsp;<span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Current</span></span> <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Joys</span></span>&rsquo; profile quickly and quietly ascended, selling out tour after tour at venues like LA&rsquo;s The Wiltern, Paris&rsquo; Trabendo and Sydney&rsquo;s The Factory, simultaneously amassing over a billion combined streams and a dedicated following.</p><p><span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Current</span></span> <span data-markjs="true"><span data-markjs="true">Joys</span></span> is held together by the fervour of Rattigan&rsquo;s creative process. He believes in the premonitory power of music, regardless of genre, and he latches onto the song ideas that strike him in the moment, propelled by an abstract existentialism or a burst of feeling more than anything else.</p><hr><p><br></p><p><strong>VENUE INFO</strong><br>ALWAYS WAS, ALWAYS WILL BE.
