All events are held rain or shine; all sales are final with no refunds. This Fan Festival hospitality experience does not include admission to a FIFA World Cup match. Hospitality tents are general admission; seating is first-come, first-served. All guests must have a valid hospitality ticket. All guests aged 2 and older must have a ticket. Guests must exit at the end of their assigned session. Re-entry is permitted with proper credentials. Cabana seating is reserved; a valid ticket is required. Bags larger than 12 inch x 12 inch x 6 inch are not permitted; all bags are screened. All guests are subject to security screening and prohibited items policies. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase alcohol; no outside food or beverage. ADA accommodation is available; inquire on-site. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
