Lawrence Sieberth & Christian Winther*Happy Hour Concert Series* featuring Lawrence Sieberth & Christian WintherLawrence Sieberth is a New Orleansbased pianist, composer, and bandleader whose dynamic style blends modern jazz, funk, and the rhythmic vitality of his hometown. Known for his bold improvisation and deep musicality, Sieberth has performed and recorded with artists including Nicholas Payton, Terrence Blanchard, Wessell Anderson, Bill Summers, and James Singleton, earning a reputation as both a commanding soloist and a sought-after collaborator across the jazz and contemporary music scenes.Tenor saxophonist and composer Christian Winther has been based in New Orleans since 1997, establishing himself as a compelling voice on the jazz scene through his soulful sound and expressive, melodic compositions. He has toured throughout the U.S. and Europe as the leader of the Christian Winther Quartet and has also performed as a sideman with many notable New Orleans jazz groups. Throughout his career, Winther has performed and recorded with acclaimed artists such as Ali Jackson, Vincent Gardner, Shannon Powell, Herlin Riley, Billy Drummond, Marcus Printup, Richard D. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere inside the building, and there are NO PETS ALLOWED at anytime. *Legitimate Service Dogs must be wearing full credentials at all times upon entry, and owner must have licensing papers available upon staff request for service dogs.
