<p>Legendary ambient/world music pioneers Not Drowning, Waving play a special show at the Brunswick Ballroom.</p><p>The band got back together last year for shows to celebrate 50 years of PNG independence, and this tour sees the David Bridie-fronted outfit again reunite with PNG legend Sir George Telek, plus an impressive lineup of talent from the Pacific to perform songs from their landmark album &ldquo;Tabaran&rdquo; as well as from their latest release &ldquo;Malira&rdquo;. &nbsp;Lauded as &ldquo;an early masterpiece of world music and a true work of artistic collaboration&rdquo; (Mark Mordue), &ldquo;Tabaran&rdquo; continues to inspire audiences globally. &ldquo;Malira&rdquo;, released in September 2026, has received widespread critical acclaim and immediately sold out its initial pressings, and made an unexpected appearance on the charts.
