From high-energy fitness classes to mindful wellness fairs, we’re transforming The Rock into the ultimate destination for your fitness journey, celebrating health at every level. Train like a champion, dress like a fan! This July, rockFit: Going for Gold is bridging the gap between high-energy fitness and World Cup pride with a 1.5-mile fun run, two Gold's Gym workout classes, and a local wellness market. Rep your roots by wearing your favorite country colors or jersey, and stay for a celebratory post-workout brunch at Roca & Martillo! While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, a ticket is required. Space is limited, claim your free ticket today to join the rockFit community! Event Details: When: Saturday, July 11 7:30AM - 1PM Event Check-in: 7:30AM Where: Frost Plaza at The Rock at La Cantera (1 Spurs Way) What to Know: Entry and parking to rockFit is FREE for all ages and fitness level. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. *Guests can enhance their experience by joining us at Roca & Martillo from 10AM - 1PM for a special 3-Course Brunch only $25, that includes a complimentary mimosa for guests ages 21+. Brunch is not included with your free ticket however show this ticket to your server to redeem this special brunch offer, valid only on July 11, 2026.
