From high-energy fitness classes to mindful wellness fairs, we’re transforming The Rock into the ultimate destination for your fitness journey, celebrating health at every level. Hosted on Frost Plaza at The Rock at La Cantera, June's event will celebrate Dad with an action-packed morning of movement! From kickboxing and martial arts with Victory Martial Arts to channeling your inner Superhero with circut wrkouts by FitFlex this will be the ultimate morning of movement and celebration for the whole family. Plus enjoy a curated wellness market to find the perfect gift for Father's Day and end the morning with a well-deserved brunch* at Roca & Martillo. While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, space is limited. Please RSVP today to join the rockFit community! What to Know: Entry and parking to rockFit is FREE for all ages and fitness level. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. *Guests can enhance their experience by joining us at Roca & Martillo from 10AM - 1PM for a special 3-Course Brunch only $25, that includes a complimentary mimosa for guests ages 21+.
