Sirsy was formed in 2000, in a basement studio in upstate NY, by Melanie Krahmer (vocals, drums, keys) and Rich Libutti (guitar, bass). The couple initially met in a disco cover band (yes, really) and became fast friends after bonding over a mutual love of science fiction, coffee, ice cream, squirrels, the Beatles, David Bowie, Aimee Mann and Nina Simone. Rich and Mel started touring and writing music, got married, and lived happily ever after.The Houston Music Blog says Sirsy makes edgy feel-good music thats fun to watch. You must see them live! This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. Ticket price includes all taxes and fees as required by Kentucky laws.
