Surya Day 10th Edition comes to Sitio Toca do Lobo in Rio de Janeiro. 10th Edition of Surya Day Surya Day reaches its 10th edition celebrating what is part of our essence: movement, nature, connection and experiences that nurture body and mind. Set in Grumari's scenery, we will live a special morning bringing together yoga, running, surf introduction, wellness and lots of exchange, in an experience designed for those who want to break free from routine, move and share good moments in the open air. More than a sports event, Surya Day is an invitation to live the present, meet people, experience new activities and start the day connected to nature. What will happen? Yoga class with Thaís Fialho and Pietra Namur A practice to awaken the body, work presence, mobility and breathing, beginning the experience with great connection. 5 km run in Grumari with Bianca Carelli A 5-kilometer route through one of Rio's most special settings, led by Bianca Carelli and designed to unite movement, challenge and fun. Surf Introduction with pan-American longboard champion Rayane Amaral An experience to learn more about the surfing universe in theoretical and practical form, outside the ocean. On the mat, Rayane will present fundamentals such as positioning, posture and the drop movement, in addition to sharing knowledge about the sport and a bit of her own journey.
