John Reilly and The Smooth Operators are delighted to bring the 'Definitive Burt Bacharach Songbook' back to the Ballroom at Sheffield City Hall.. A sublime and intimate journey through Burt Bacharach's 7 decades of hit making!! It's a sophisticated masterclass in melody, honouring BURT BACHARACH, writer of over 60 USA top 40 hits for Dionne Warwick, Dusty Springfield, Aretha Franklin, Elvis Presley, Gene Pitney, The Carpenters and so many more. Atlantic recording artist John Reilly fronts this concert with his spiritual and soulful vocals, backed by Britain's finest session musicians who have played with Paul Carrack, Take That, The Spice Girls and Lighthouse Family. Female vocals are elegantly performed by Rachel Raynor and the Musical Director overseeing this dazzling non-stop parade of classic songs is Canadian pianist and composer Lewis Nitikman. Babies in arms (ages 0-2) are not admitted into the auditorium. All persons aged 14 and under must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult over 18. Please note that Stalls seating is not tiered and customers may stand during the performance.
