Meridian Hill Park, colloquially referred to as Malcolm X Park, is known for its beauty, art, recreation, First Amendment space, and illustrious history. Join a ranger for a formal walking tour of the upper and lower terraces when you'll have the chance to visit the various statues and features of the park while exploring the theme of "who we choose to memorialize and why.” The tour meets by the bathrooms inside the park near 15 th Street and Euclid St.   The walk may be cancelled   in the event of bad weather at the discretion of park staff.
