Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox comes to Henry J. Kaiser Center for the Arts in Oakland. A night of live jazz. Step into our beautifully restored 1,500-seat Calvin Simmons Theatre, the crown jewel of the Henry J. Kaiser Center. This stunning proscenium theatre brings world-class performances to life in an intimate setting that combines historic grandeur with modern comfort. Getting Here Located at the edge of Lake Merritt near Downtown Oakland and Chinatown, our historic venue is easily accessible by car or public transit. We're just a short walk from Lake Merritt BART station.
