Join the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park and celebrate the Autumn Equinox by practicing yoga outdoors in nature. Kim Scott Sowinski, 500 RYT, will lead you in soothing twists and balances, to integrate the left and right side of your body. Hip openers help to release and settle, honoring the Earth's seasonal turn toward rest and regeneration. This quieter and softer practice will help you embrace surrender, grace, and trust as you turn inward toward rest and respite. This event is part of the Nature Rx program. For more details on the program, please visit www.forcvnp.org/naturerx . Note: This is a rain or shine event. If it rains, the class will occur under the tent. Participants, please bring an outdoor yoga mat and wear comfortable, cool clothing. Ideal for those ages 14 and older, inclusive of all fitness and yoga abilities.
