Atlanta Ballet Presents Passion & Pride takes the stage at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta. Featuring Atlanta Ballet. Remi Wörtmeyer?s Significant Others, a captivating blend of music and art inspired by Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel and Sonia Delaunay, returns to the Atlanta stage for a celebration of love and collaboration that highlights the transformative power of artistic partnerships. Melissa Hough, recognized for her choreographic style that emphasizes strong technique, clean lines, and precise musicality, will create a new work for Atlanta Ballet set to a Tchaikovsky score, skillfully fusing neoclassical structure with contemporary fluidity. Commemorating 250 years of our nation?s history with an exuberant finale, Atlanta Ballet presents George Balanchine?s signature style in Stars and Stripes, a masterpiece set to John Philip Sousa?s marches, including the well-known?Stars and Stripes Forever.?. Before you purchase, please note: Tickets are required for all attendees, regardless of age. The ballet is not recommended for children under the age of four. Offer codes must be entered prior to selecting seats and may not be applicable to all performances. Performance policies: Please arrive 45 minutes early; late arrivals will sit in Grand tier until intermission. Maximum bag size is 11-inch x 13-inch; patrons will be asked to return prohibited items to car. If you have a diaper bag or necessary medical items, notify security. Seats in the mezzanine and grand tier are not ADA accessible. If you need accessible seats, you should only buy seats designated as wheelchair accessible and their companion tickets in the orchestra.
